Upon my arrival in the States, I took a three-year hiatus before pursuing my college education. Following graduation, I embarked on a thirteen-year career in music and theater arts. Serendipity struck when a friend’s roommate, an appraiser, introduced me to the profession. Intrigued by the work, I gradually found myself drawn deeper into the field.

Over the course of my 20+ years in the industry, I have taken great pride in serving both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets. My bilingual and bi-cultural background has proven invaluable in bridging the language gap alleviating any concerns related to property access and understanding the scope of my work. Additionally, I make it a point to capture the essence of each property through detailed photography, ensuring a comprehensive appraisal process.

Along the way, I have trained and mentored 10 individuals who had no prior real estate experience, guiding them to become skilled professionals in the appraisal industry.

Training new appraisers is a deeply involved process. I take pride in my role as a mentor, providing guidance to trainees as they work towards logging the required 2,000 hours of experience needed to transition from a trainee to a licensed appraiser. Over my career, I’ve accumulated more than 20,000 hours of experience training and reviewing reports, ensuring that both my trainees and my clients benefit from precise, professional, and ethical standards of work.
